SWAPDECK

Privacy

What we know about your swap, and what we don't.

Trading anonymously only means something if the site behind it is honest about its data. Here is the whole picture, without legal padding.

We never hold your funds

SWAPDECK is non-custodial. Coins move from your wallet to the exchange network and out to the payout address you gave us. There is no SWAPDECK balance, no deposit account, and no moment where we can freeze or spend your money.

What a swap actually stores

To build a swap we need the pair you picked, the amount, your payout address and an optional refund address. Those details are passed to the exchange network that settles the trade and kept against your order ID so the tracking page can show progress. We never ask for your name, ID documents, seed phrase or private keys — and no support agent will ever request them.

Rates and fees, in the open

The amount shown before you confirm already includes the exchange spread and the blockchain network fee for the payout. There is no separate SWAPDECK charge added afterwards. Rates move with the market, so the final figure can differ slightly from the estimate if the market shifts between your deposit and settlement — that difference is market movement, not a hidden fee.

Accounts, history and support

Swapping needs no account. If you create one, we store your username, email and a verification flag so bonuses can be claimed, plus a record of your swaps so history follows you between devices. Guest swaps are remembered only in your own browser. Support tickets keep your messages so the team can follow up. You can ask us to delete your account and everything attached to it at any time.

Third parties and logs

Swaps are settled over a liquidity network, so the pair, amount and addresses for a trade are shared with that network to execute it. Our servers keep short-lived technical logs (timestamps and error traces) to fix problems. We do not sell data, we do not run advertising trackers, and we do not build profiles of visitors.

Questions about your data? Open a ticket on the support page and a person will answer.
