Terms of service

Short, readable, and written so you actually know where you stand before you swap.

1. What SWAPDECK does

SWAPDECK is a non-custodial swap interface. You send coins from your own wallet, a liquidity network converts them, and the result is sent to the payout address you supplied. We never take custody of your funds and we cannot reverse a blockchain transaction once it is broadcast.

2. Rates and estimates

Every quote is an estimate until your deposit is confirmed on-chain. The rate is locked when the swap is created, but if a deposit arrives late, in a different amount, or on a different network, the swap is re-quoted at the market rate at that moment.

3. Your addresses are your responsibility

Check the payout address and network before you confirm. Coins sent to an address on the wrong network, or to an exchange deposit address that does not support the incoming asset, can be permanently lost. Always add a refund address so a failed swap can be returned to you.

4. Minimums, maximums and failed swaps

Each pair has a minimum and maximum amount. Deposits below the minimum may not be convertible and will be refunded where technically possible, minus the network fee needed to send them back. If a swap cannot complete, open a support ticket with your order ID and we will work it through with you.

5. Accounts and bonuses

Swapping requires no account. Accounts exist so you can keep a history, contact support and collect bonus points on completed swaps. Bonuses require a verified email, are for personal use, and can be withdrawn from accounts that abuse them through fake sign-ups or self-dealing.

6. Acceptable use

Don't use SWAPDECK for anything illegal where you live, and don't attempt to attack, scrape or overload the service. We may refuse or cancel a swap we believe is fraudulent or unsafe.

7. No warranty

Blockchains, liquidity providers and third-party networks can be slow, congested or temporarily unavailable. SWAPDECK is provided as-is and our liability is limited to the value of the specific swap in question.

8. Changes

These terms can change as the service grows. Material changes will be announced on this page, and continuing to use SWAPDECK means you accept the current version.
